Congratulations Jessica
A remarkable debut!! You have a lovely writing style. The research is incredibly thorough and interwoven into the book enabling some difficult concepts to be easily understood and identify with. I look forward to reading more!!

I found this book infinitely readable, thought-provoking and exciting. It has left me asking myself BIG questions around the idea of every interaction in life being an opportunity to learn, grow, understand myself better and how this knowingness effects the well-being of all beings on this planet and beyond. Also, that it is time for the nonsense of self-loathing or inadequacy to cease and for each and every one of us to wake up, “lighten up” and get on with the work of living a truly authentic life. Thank you Jessica for your generosity in sharing your story and I look forward to more in the future.

A thought-provoking and fascinating read.
Personal and intimate story-telling combined with the author’s own research and experiences provide many opportunities for the reader to examine their own relationships and life path.
